How to modify or cancel a reservation (for guests)
This article is related to a guest modifying, adjusting or cancelling a reservation time. To learn how to cancel a reservation as a host, go here.
You can change / adjust the date / time for your visit by canceling your existing reservation and re-booking your reservation at a new time.
Here is how to cancel your reservation:
- On the website (app.sniffspot.com/listings):
- Open the nav menu through the hamburger icon in the upper right hand corner
- Select Visits
- On the Visits page (here), you can filter to find the reservation you would like to cancel
- On the guest reservation page, select the option to Cancel your reservation
- Confirm the cancellation
- There is also a link to you can use to cancel your reservation in your booking confirmation email
- The amount of the booking will be returned to your card within 5 - 10 business days. If you used a promo code for the booking, the value used on the booking will be immediately returned to your promo code.
