Guest booking reminders
Guest booking reminders are automatic reminder notifications about Sniffspot bookings sent to guests by email, SMS, and push notification. Individual guests can control these notifications from your account.

Guest booking reminders are sent in two parts: Reminder 1 is sent before bookings, and Reminder 2 is sent near the end of bookings.
The purpose of Reminder 1 is to ensure that guests who book in advance remember reservations. When a booking is made more than 2 hours in advance, you will receive the reminders 2 hours prior to the start time of a reservation.
The purpose of Reminder 2 is to notify guests that the end of the current booking is approaching and to invite you to consider extending your reservation if you need more time. You will receive this reminder 10 minutes before your booking ends.
All guests are defaulted to receive guest booking reminder notifications and can opt in or out. In guest mode, just click on Account > Notifications and use the toggle switch to turn reminders on or off.
