How to refund a booking
You can refund a booking through the mobile app or the website.
In order to refund a booking:
- Go to the booking detail in your reservation section in the app
- Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner (on desktop, the option is below your earnings)
- Select the "refund this booking" option. Note: refunds are only available for reservations that have already started. If you would like to cancel a reservation in the future, you can use the cancel option.
- Confirm the refund
This will refund the guest the full amount they paid for the booking and the guest will be notified of the refund.
Note: we do not allow refunds for bookings in past months, because the host has already been paid for those bookings.
