What is Sniffspot's cancellation / modification policy?
Guest cancellation policy
For a confirmed booking, guests can cancel a reservation up to 2 hours before the start time of the booking and receive a full refund. Within 2 hours of the start time of booking, there are no cancellations. Refunds can take up to 6 - 11 business days to process.
Our cancellation policy is consistent across all spots for ease of use. While nothing is perfect and some will cancel close to that timeframe, there are many guests who book in advance knowing they have the flexibility to cancel up to 2 hours prior to their reservation if something changes.
Guest modification policy
- A guest can modify time or date of a booking up to 2 hours before the start time of the booking.
- Length of a booking can be extended until 30 minutes after the end time of a booking; length of a booking can be shortened until 2 hours before the start time of the booking.
- Dogs can be added to a booking until 30 minutes after the end time of a booking; dogs can be removed from a reservation until 2 hours before the start time of the booking.
- Extras can be added to a booking until 30 minutes after the end time of a booking; extras can be removed from a reservation until 2 hours before the start time of the booking.
Host cancellation policy
For a host to cancel a booking is against our Host Standards. If a host cancels too many bookings, they may be removed from our service. An exception to this rule is if safety is at stake - host cancellations due to safety issues are never counted against a host.
