Promoting your spot on Craigslist

Believe it or not, Craigslist is a great place to find new guests. We have found that posting to these two categories get the most responses on Craigslist:

  • Community -> Pets
  • Pet Services

Post frequently to keep your ad visible for people browsing Craigslist. We recommend posting not more than every 48 hours per category. For instance, an ideal posting cadence would be posting once per day per category.

Pro tip: only share enough information on your Craigslist ad to get people interested and project a sense of professionality, then get them to go to your listing. This drives the best overall results.

I am offering my property as a neighborhood off leash dog space.

This is a great option for people with dogs:

-> Allow your dog to run and get exercise

-> Allow your dog to socialize with other dogs in a safe space

-> In the neighborhood, so closer than other dog parks
