Requiring advanced notice for reservations

Do you need to be notified in advance of bookings from guests? If needed, you can set / edit a required advanced notice for your spot. You can find this field under the Preferences tab in your host account

You can set up to 24 hours advanced notice required, however, keep in mind that you will be more accessible to guests by having a shorter advanced notice. We recommend setting an advanced notice as short as possible, yet requiring enough advanced notice to effectively prepare the spot for guests. Many of our most popular hosts do not set an advanced notice.
