How does booking a spot work?
It’s simple to book a spot. Check the calendar to make sure it is available at the time you would like. Click the Request to Book or Book button on the listing. You will be asked for your information (note: only available times are shown for you to book), then you will make payment.
If the spot is set for Booking, you will be automatically confirmed and taken to a confirmation screen with the address and access instructions to the sniff spot. For a confirmed booking, you can cancel up to 2 hours prior to the time of booking; within 2 hours of the time of the booking, there are no cancellations.
If the spot is set for Request to Book (as indicated by the Reserve button on the listing page), the host will receive your information and accept or decline your booking. Once they accept your booking, you will receive the spot address and access instructions. If the host does not respond to your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request or within 1 hour of your scheduled time (whichever is earlier), the booking is cancelled with a full refund. For a confirmed booking, you can cancel up to 2 hours prior to the time of booking; within 2 hours of the time of the booking, there are no cancellations. Note: for Request to Book spots, the guest must wait to receive a confirmation from the host before they attempt to visit. Refunds can take up to 6 - 11 business days to process.
