Sniffspot Monthly Rescue Donation Program

Overview

Each month, Sniffspot will donate $2,000 in cash to support dog rescues and shelters through our Monthly Rescue Donation Program. This initiative is designed to highlight and strengthen organizations that care for dogs and promote animal welfare.

How Organizations Are Selected

Community members can highlight organizations by:

1. Commenting on the official Sniffspot Monthly Rescue Donation Program post and tagging a registered rescue or shelter, or

2. Creating their own post tagging the rescue, @Sniffspot, and using #SniffspotRescueGiveaway.

Sniffspot will use Woobox to randomly select organizations from comment tags and hashtagged posts.

Donation Details

• $1,000 will be donated to one organization identified via hashtagged post.
• $1,000 will be donated to one organization identified via comment tag.

Eligibility

To receive a donation, organizations must be either:

• A U.S. nonprofit recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization or a municipal shelter in good standing, or
• A Canadian charity registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Selection as a donation recipient does not constitute or imply endorsement by Sniffspot of the organization’s practices.

Verification

• Selected organizations must provide a valid Tax ID (U.S.) or CRA registration number (Canada) to receive funds.
• Recipients may be asked to provide a photo, video, or short statement for Sniffspot to share when announcing donations.

This program is a discretionary charitable donation initiative and is not a contest, sweepstakes, or lottery under U.S. or Canadian law.

• Sniffspot, its affiliates, employees, and agents assume no responsibility for how funds are used by recipient organizations and make no warranties regarding their practices.
• Donations are made at Sniffspot’s sole discretion and may be modified, delayed, or canceled at any time.
• By participating, individuals and organizations agree that Sniffspot shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation, selection, or the acceptance and use of donated funds.

General Terms

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• This program is governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, but Canadian registered charities may participate if eligible.
