What happens if I do not respond to a booking?

If you are using the standard Booking setting for your sniff spot, you never need to worry about having to respond to Bookings, because Bookings are instantly confirmed based on your calendar availability. You are notified of all Bookings, but you do not need to respond if you do not want to.

If you have selected only Request to Book, in general, it is expected that you will respond punctually to all messages and bookings (see Host Standards). However, we understand that sometimes this isn't possible, so if this happens from time to time that is OK. If you do not accept or decline a booking within either 1) 24 hours of the booking being submitted, or 2) 1 hour of the requested time of the booking, whichever is earlier, the booking will be cancelled with a full refund to the guest.
