Did not receive a notification
Sometimes hosts or guests do not receive a notification. Here is some troubleshooting to help you with how to handle not receiving various notifications:
- Host
- Emails
- If you did not receive a booking email, do the following to troubleshoot:
- You can access all booking information at your reservation page here
- Check your profile to ensure that there are no typos in your email address
- Check your spam folder
- Add [email protected] to your contacts
- If you don't see the email in your spam folder, contact your email provider to ask them to whitelist [email protected]
- If you still are not receiving emails and they are not in your spam folder, consider changing your account email. Learn how to change your account email here.
- If none of these things work, contact [email protected] and we can investigate

- Sometimes service providers block text messages and there is not much that can be done about it. This should be intermittent.
