Host mentors

If a host has a Top Spot, they will have the option to opt into being a host mentor. When a host is a host mentor:

  • We will automatically send a message from their account to 5 randomly chosen new hosts each week with a welcome message offering to be a resource.
  • Host mentors can edit their welcome message
  • New hosts can reply with questions and for support.
  • Host mentors get a badge on their profile to show they are a host mentor.

If you have a top spot, you can currently sign up through the mobile app:

  • Go to your host home page
  • Go to the host mentor section
  • Select to become a host mentor
