Noting potential hazards

Making sure that guests are aware of any potential hazards at your spot is a great way to improve your customer experience and help guests have a safe visit. 

We provide a field in the Spot Details section of your listing edit page in your host account called "Potential hazards" where you can list out potential hazards. 

We recommend the following in relation to noting potential hazards:

  • We always recommend erring toward being more comprehensive in noting hazards. Don't assume that guests will already know about potential hazards, even if they seem obvious to you.
  • Use the inspection checklist to identify potential hazards
