Adding secondary contacts to your account

It is important that your spot is free of dogs, other domestic animals and people during visits. It can be challenging to make sure your spot is ready for visitors if you have family members, roommates or staff that are on the same property at the spot. Sniffspot enables you to add secondary contacts to your spot that will be sent all booking notifications. You can add either phone or email contacts. Messages and review notifications are not sent to secondary contacts.

Currently this feature available on the mobile app and the web app.

This is how you do it:

  • Go to your host account
  • Go to your spot
  • Navigate to preferences
  • Scroll down to the "Additional people to notify" section
  • Add multiple contacts, up to 4 emails or phone numbers
